Satay (Satti) Combination Taste |
1. - Siling labuyo (Catumbal) 1/4 cup
2. - Ginger 3 thumb size
3. - Turmeric 3 thumb size
4. - Onions n garlics 1 fist size
5. - laurel flower or leaves
6. - Oil
7. - black n white pepper ¼ -1/2 tsp
8. - lemon grass 4 stick
9. - Flour 1/2 cup
10. - Corn Starch 1/2 cup
11. - Sugar brown 1 cup
12. - Salt 1 tbsp
13. -red n yellow food color...to acquire a redish yellow color
14. - Knorr Cube (Chicken) 3 cubes
blend the ingredients 1.2.3.4.5,7...gisahin sa oil or just mix it into 5 or 6 quarts of water...mix 9,10,11,12.13,14 in a water till dissolves n mix all in the boiling water n pug-puga saja n say lemon grass larukan madtu...ikaw na n bahala mgrepaire sn taste nya.....not to forget mnga chicken bones add mo na rin.
for marinating...
depends on ur chicken or beef amount...blend the garlic onions lemon grass ginger tumeric n some mix of food color...slice the lemon grass thinly b4 blending....marinate for a couple of hours b4 cooking it.....happy trying next time peanut sambal sauce malaysian recipe
